West Medicine Lake Community Club
A Focus on Healthy Living.
|Our new philosophy of “a back to the basics” approach to health starts in our local community we hope speaks to you.|
In the last 20 years there has been an undeniably dramatic rise in obesity. Obesity is related to many health conditions including heart disease,
stroke and Type 2 diabetes. Medical costs related to these conditions are also rising. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) estimates that
more than one third (1/3) of US adults are now obese. Physical inactivity is directly related to obesity.
WMLCC intends to encourage community recreation and physical activity through dance and other forms of exercise and encourage overall
healthy living through community education, programs and activities. A “back to the basics” approach to health starts in our local community.
We invite you to be part of an organization that supports healthy living, community recreation, volunteer opportunities and much more.
Your membership enables the West Medicine Lake Community Club to expand programs to meet the growing needsof our community,
offer additional benefits to its members and provide affordable recreation, entertainment and education for the entire community.

Happy New Year 2021
|Happy New Year everyone. 2020 was a bumpy ride, but thanks to our generous donors and members we have made it through the year ok. We were able to complete the renovations from the previous years snow and ice damage and manage to have programs as the state mandates allow.|
We are looking forward to a healthier and brighter 2021.
